Athens Lodge – Mural
Athens Lodge is a boutique hotel, located in the heart of Athens, designed by Ezio Blasetti & Danielle Willems from Maeta and Pavlos Xanthopoulos. In this project, Decode Fab Lab has materialised a large scale mural, covering the main wall of the bar-restaurant of the hotel. This entailed cuting path optimization, fabrication and elaborate finishing techniques. The mural is composed out of 18 full frame betoform panels, engraved in ultra-sharp resolution, with our in-house CNC, and is covering a total area of 11.25*5m.
